We offer you freedom from your home’s obligations. When something’s not right with your home, you send an email to Mangos Home Concierge and we’ll work on researching, sourcing and providing the best options to fix it. Then we’ll get it done for you.
From time to time, you’ve undoubtedly noticed things that are not quite right in your home. Sometimes, a repair is needed. Sometimes accidents happen. Other times, you just feel that something new needs to be added to make a space more comfortable or functional.
Up until now, you’ve probably taken on the burden of working through these issues on your own. The investigation, the research, the vendor search - it’s a lot to think about! You’re not an expert on the nuances of home mechanics, and you certainly don’t have time to become that expert now. The result of all of this: stress and anxiety.
There is some good news, however. You don’t have to be this “project manager” anymore!
Mangos Home Concierge works with you to create your to-do list for your home. We’ll take your list and work directly with vendors to cross these off on your behalf.
We maintain relationships with professionals that can understand and explain the issues you’re facing in your home. If you’re experiencing a concern in your home, chances are we’ve seen it before and know how to resolve it.
You get to focus on what you do best and on doing the things you love to do. We’ll do the same. Together, everyone wins.
Home Concierge Packages
Gold package includes:
Concierge service by email and phone when issues arise and repairs are needed. When something’s just not right, we take over and work towards the solution required.
Annual home checkup inspection with certified home inspector. We’ll ensure your home is being analyzed for preventative care by comparing each year’s report and making recommendations.
Assistance with repairs coordination and minor upgrades
Vacant home biweekly check in. When you are away and can’t be at home, we’ll visit your home for you to ensure things are as they should be in your absence.
$7,500 per year + HST
Everything from the Gold package, plus:
Furnace filter change every 3 months
Heating and air conditioning maintenance and repair package
Plumbing (and, if applicable, tankless water heater) maintenance and repair package
Electrical maintenance and repair package
Battery/alarm check for smoke and CO2.
Annual roof inspection
Gutter clearing annually before winter
Exterior window cleaning twice per year
Annual home valuation prepared by a Realtor
Annual inspection of fence, decks, driveway and interlocking
Home alarm testing
Video scan of underground plumbing waste drains
$20,000 per year + HST
Everything from Gold and Platinum packages, plus:
Snow removal during winter
Grass cutting, light gardening, and bagging during warmer months
Irrigation open and close servicing (sprinkler system)
Inspection of trees on property by arborist
Holiday lighting. Custom lighting provided in first year - you retain ownership of the lights. We arrange for installation and removal each year
Monthly proactive calls from your Home Concierge to ask if there’s anything that needs to be looked at or addressed
