Modern heating and air conditioning
Our suites all use forced air gas furnaces as main heating, as well as central air conditioning. None of our apartments have expensive baseboard heaters that cost a fortune on your hydro bill.
Auto pay (including credit card)
Take the burden of remembering when your payment is due by subscribing to our optional automatic payments. We can accommodate direct bank transfers so you’ll always report great credit.
